How To Order Your Cake
Ordering your cake couldn’t be simpler. You can either choose an existng cake design that you like from the gallery or you can have a completely customized cake design especially for your special occasion. Follow the steps below to order cake.
- Choose whether you want a custom design or one from our gallery
- Choose your Cake Flavour (Fruit, Victoria Sponge, Madeira, Carrot, Chocolate, Lemon)
- Decide what Size, Shape, Colour, Number of cakes you desire*
- Decide whether you want to use flour, spelt, or ground almond (an alternative for chocolate cakes)
Once you’ve decided on all that, email our order service or call us giving the details you have noted down in steps 1 – 4. Our friendly order person will then contact you to confirm the order and take the deposit which can be paid in cash, bankers draft, or via paypal.
Some things you need to know
- Order Lead Time: When ordering your cake, please know that we need at least two weeks to prepare the order for making if you are ordering a custom cake design. This increases to four weeks if you are ordering a Wedding Cake, whether custom or from a choice of design in our gallery.
- Delivery: You can have your cake delivered straight to your house or to the venue at a pre-arranged time. You are also welcome to pick up your cake from our premises in South East London. Please let us know at the time of ordering. Please see our delivery page for details on delivery charge
- Terms and Conditions: Before you place your order, please ensure you have read and agree with our Terms and Conditions.
