In the centre of the cake is a yellow flower with a sleeping baby in the middle with the last 3 petals as a cover for the sleeping baby. On one of the petals is a little pink butterfly as the expectant mother was having a little girl. The side of the cake has a patchwork quilt effect in white and pastels shades of green, purple, orange, yellow.
